Ég bað Secretary General, doktor Gloríu, um dæmigerða æfingaviku hjá nígeríska þríþrautarhópnum og þetta er svarið. Þetta eru nýliðar, hafa aldrei keppt og það skýrir eflaust að þau finnast hvergi á skrá yfir íþróttamenn í Nígeríu. Að öðru leyti eru svörin frekar loðin og óljós og ég ætla að fara fram á nánari upplýsingar.

Thanks for the responses,I fail to let you know the Standard of the team we are bringing for the training camp.Please be inform that the Athletics we are bringing are not our full National team.They are are new breads athletics,they are present has no standard performance Records.But they are up to the task.The purpose for sending our team for the training camp,Is for you to Access them and create them and set them internationally performance records.In which is Acceptable internationally.This is their first internationally Training camp.And we want to size this opportunity in preparing them for the 2013 Tiszaujvaros ITU triathlon World Cup in Hungary.
This is the typical training week for our athletes
Weekly time commitment varies little.
There are four, three-weeks blocks, each consisting of two build weeks, followed by five days (weekdays) of active recovery and one weekend race-specific session, since most athletes have more time to train on weekends.
Each three-week block has the following emphasis: Weeks 1-2: speed development Weeks 3-4: specific strength Weeks 5-6: race-pace training.
The purpose of the training camp is for our team to have this list.
